This policy explains what personal information Enspire ("we", "us") collects through enspire.lk, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.
1. Information we collect
When you place an order
- Your first and last name, email address, and phone number
- Your delivery address, city, and postal code
- The products you order, the order total, and the payment method you choose
When you contact us
- Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number
- The service you are interested in and your message
Payment information
Card and mobile wallet payments are processed by PayHere. You enter your card details on PayHere's secure payment page, and we never see or store your full card number. If you pay by bank deposit, we keep the payment reference or deposit slip you send us so we can match it to your order.
Website usage
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information.
2. How we use your information
- To process, deliver, and support your order, including warranty claims
- To schedule and carry out installations you request
- To reply to your enquiries and prepare quotations
- To send order confirmations and updates about your order by email or phone
- To understand how the website is used and improve it
- To keep the records we need for accounting and tax purposes
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We only share your information when it is needed to provide our services:
- PayHere, to process card and mobile wallet payments
- Delivery partners, who receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver your order
- Service providers that host our website, database, and email on our behalf
- Google, for website analytics as described above
- Government or law enforcement authorities, when we are legally required to
4. Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. Your shopping cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out. You can block or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. The shop will still work, but your cart will be emptied.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to support your warranty and to meet accounting and tax requirements. We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then delete them.
6. How we protect it
The website is served over HTTPS, access to order data is restricted to authorised staff, and card payments are handled entirely by PayHere. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons
- Stop using your information for a particular purpose

8. Children
Our website and services are not aimed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
